• Customers may claim any item presented, and may request any item be shown for purchase
• Many available items are previewed in reels and videos posted to The Bonnie Braes Instagram site, prior to Live Sales
• Customers may purchase items previewed in these promotions prior to Live Sales

After you have selected your items for purchase, filled your cart, at Checkout you will be prompted to select a payment method.

On the Website we offer multiple forms of payment:

• Venmo;
• PayPal;
• ShopPay;
• ShopPay with Installments; and
• Major Credit Cards.

Please proceed through the Checkout prompts until you receive an Order Confirmation. Your items will be placed in queue for packaging & shipment.

Upon claiming an item for purchase, The Bonnie Braes will reach out to you for Invoicing & Shipping Information, through Instagram Messaging.

Initial Invoice requests are to be completed within 48 hours of receipt and Shipping Fee Invoices are to be completed prior to shipment drop-off.

After you have checked out and completed your purchases, paid orders will be placed in queue for packaging & shipment.

All orders will ship out within 2-3 weeks from time of order placement, and in some cases prior to one week of order date.

Order tracking will be provided to customers automatically via email or Instagram messaging (depending on where order was placed), with tracking information and shipping fee(s) totals.

All orders are packed with great care and insured up to their full value prior to shipment drop off at UPS and/or USPS, DHL, etc..

Instagram Live Sales are exactly that! We go "Live" from our Instagram Shop account monthly, sometimes weekly. During the Live Sales, we preview items that we plan to bring to the website collections, or items we have specifically and exclusively reserved for sharing with customers who join our Live Sales.

Typically, we will run a Live Sale from 2-5 hours each event.

We will link an Events Calendar to our website, but the best way to receive Live Sale notifications is:

We have been running Live Sales on Instagram since February 2024 and have enjoyed meeting so many fun, friendly, and hilarious customers. It is a new take on modern day shopping that we hope you may join us.

Yes, we frequently source and ship vintage and antique furniture pieces across the U.S.

In April 2024, we ran a Furniture Live Sale on Instagram, something that had not been done before.

We ran the Live Sale for ten hours and presented over 200 pieces from France and parts of Europe to our audience and customers. We sold over 100 pieces of furniture and small decor during the Sale.

We have access to large inventories of antique furniture pieces and decor direct from Europe, both from the United Kingdom (England and Scotland) and France. Inventory moves fairly quickly!

Order cancellations and returns are not accepted at this time.

Customers may contact The Bonnie Braes directly, in the event an order may need to be cancelled. Any order cancellations will be at The Bonnie Braes discretion.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, please Contact us to file a damaged item claim. The Bonnie Braes will work with you and the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

All orders that are shipped to customers are fully insured at the time of shipment.
